How much time and work is involved?

The FORGE is designed to reduce overwhelm, not add to it. Coaching happens bi-weekly for 90 minutes, and you are also given access to the Own Your Emotions course (just over 3 hours total, fully self-paced). There’s no weekly homework, the action items you take away will be your top targets for your own unique business. Women find the clarity they gain frees them from unnecessary “shoulds” and makes their business feel doable again!
